DG project

Data Garage is a data warehousing project that collects, processes, and stores performance counter data that originate from thousands of source servers located in datacenters throughout the global. Technically, we use windows service (C#), SQL Server 2008 (more than 130 SPs, 100+ tables, Replication, database mirroring…), SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, PowerShell, MDX, XMLA, C# DLL, etc. Currently this system has about 40 servers in production and consumes more than 1TB data per day.  Here is a architect:


职位要求
For DG dev:

1.      Strong knowledge on database design and SQL Server, e.g. T-SQL, performance tuning, etc. 3+ years of SQL Server database development experience. Familiar with new features of SQL Server 2005 and 2008.

2.      Strong knowledge on SSAS. Deep understanding of SSAS. Better to have knowledge of MDX, XMLA.

3.      Familiar with .net framework. 3+ experience on .net dev.

4.      Better to have experience on SSIS, PowerShell.

5.      Strong knowledge on SSRS. Better to have experience on PPS, Excel Services, ASP.net, Silverlight and scorecard and dashboard solution.

We can have some candidate for 5. It is ok if he’s not good at 1~4.
