Position Functions:
²        Manage, lead and develop the data services team.
²        Work with functions, IT team, and vendors to deliver data service solutions include translate business requirements into optimized data storage and reporting systems.
²        Plan and lead on major data service projects
²        Contribute to the development of the data management strategy including being involved in project initiatives, developing, resolution of issues with existing systems and providing technical guidance to other team members.
²        Maintain satisfactory working relationships with team members and clients as required to successfully achieve assigned tasks, and provide updates to management regarding status of assigned projects
²        Provide ongoing technical training for less experienced team members, and mentor development staff in database-related areas

Knowledge and Skill Required:
²        EDUCATION:
Ø        Bachelor or above and major in computer science.
²        EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
Ø        5 years or above experience in team management
Ø        5 years experience in data management and reporting tools development, hands on development experience on MS SQL,
BI reporting and data administration.
Ø        Successful candidates will need extensive data management experience, strong people management skills, experience of integrating a data warehouse system into production
Ø        Strong communication and collaboration skill within team, customers and suppliers.
Ø        Fluent Chinese and English both in written and spoken.
