The Lead STE, under the leadership of the Lead STE located in Seattle, will work closely with the Seattle BI QA, Program Management and Development teams and other RN staff to coordinate and plan activities and to complete projects.
This position will be responsible for leading the team of QA engineers in Beijing.
This position will analyze transactional data and analytical data and compare business rules to discover holes and troubleshoot data integrity, and also dig deeply into report integrity problems. Other job functions include in-depth analysis of use cases, examination of feature and bug fix design and implementation, and corresponding creation, maintenance, execution, and review of test plans/cases, Root Cause Analysis, provide test estimates, schedule resources and track tasks. Quick technical skills, flexibility and energy are a must.
Technical environment is Unix, Teradata and related tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum:
·Experience in leading a team in the application of standard software QA testing methodologies.
·Ability to write complex SQL queries.
