• Very Strong Communication skills , including ability to communicate with top management
• At least 5 years of experience in program management related to web applications built on .NET,  SQL BI. Should be able to manage an application portfolio.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and developing applications using .NET and SQL server is a must
• At least 2 years of experience working with global/offshore teams is a must
• Previous experience with Microsoft in FTE / vendor capacity as a Technical PM/Sr.Technical lead is a definite plus
